How to turn Steenie into Tsarina

To transform Steeny into Tsarina in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, Steeny needs to be taught a certain move. This technique, to be precise, is called Stomp.

Stomp is a normal-type physical attack that is actually quite powerful for Pokémon with a high physical attack attribute. In fact, Tsarina has a high physical attack stat, which makes her perfect.

After you teach Steeney the Stomp move, you’ll need to level her up once with that move. As soon as Steeny rises with the help of Stomp, the evolution to Tsaryna will begin.

In previous games, Steeney could learn Stomp by leveling up. So, don’t forget to strengthen Steeny with workouts.

Tsarina isn’t the only Pokémon that evolves by learning movement. Ambipoma from the fourth generation of Pokemon can be obtained by increasing the level of Aipom, which knows the move Double strike. Another Generation IV Pokémon, Likiliki, can be obtained by leveling up Likitung, who knows Rollout.
