After Christmas Falls on Time et Christmas with you, the Christmas bells will ring again with The Noël Diarya romantic comedy carried by the beautiful kid of This is Us, Justin Hartley and by the charming Barrett Doss (known for her role as Victoria Hughes in the action series Station 19.)

Based on the eponymous novel by Richard Paul Evansthis 1h 39min feature film is directed by Charles Shyer to whom we owe in particular The father of the bridecult film of the 90s.

What is “The Christmas Diary” about?

You loved the story of the diary in the adorable series Dash & Lily, then this more adult romance might just be your new crush ! Indeed, the plot of this comrom will focus on Jake, a best-selling author forced to return home at Christmas to settle the estate of a mother with whom he had a distended relationship. He then discovers a diary which could well enlighten him on his story and that of Rachel, an intriguing young woman embarked on her own quest. Together, they undertake to face their past to discover a future they did not suspect.

In addition to the two headliners that we are impatient to see cooing, the cast will be made up of Bonnie Bedelia, Treat Williams, Essence Atkins and James Remar.

When will ‘The Christmas Diary’ be released on Netflix?

The Noël Diary will be available from Thursday, November 24 2022 exclusively on Netflix. On the same day, love will once again be honored with First Lovea transgenerational story inspired by two of Hikaru Utada’s key songs.
